If your SNOObie isn&#x2019;t charging or powering on properly, please try these steps:<ol><li style="font-size: 16px;">Clean the charging contacts on your SNOObie using a cotton swab to remove any dust or debris.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Please also clean the contacts on the charging base and gently press the base&#x2019;s charging contact to ensure they can move.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Place the SNOObie on the charging dock and leave it there for a few minutes. Make sure the charging dock is plugged into power.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Check that the green LED light on the charging dock turns on when the SNOObie is docked.
