My SNOObie isn’t charging or turning on. What can I do?Updated 11 days ago
If your SNOObie isn’t charging or powering on properly, please try these steps:
- Clean the charging contacts on your SNOObie using a cotton swab to remove any dust or debris.
- Please also clean the contacts on the charging base and gently press the base’s charging contact to ensure they can move.
- Place the SNOObie on the charging dock and leave it there for a few minutes. Make sure the charging dock is plugged into power.
- Check that the green LED light on the charging dock turns on when the SNOObie is docked. This indicates it is charging.
- After a few minutes of charging, try turning your SNOObie on and off using the left knob on the device.
