Do you offer delayed shipping, and how does it work?Updated a month ago

Yes! You can buy SNOO today, but have it shipped closer to your little one’s expected arrival date. This will allow you to get the full benefit of our 30-day return window. Before you add SNOO to the cart, please toggle on the delayed shipping and then select your desired shipping date. You can pick a date up to 4 months in advance.

Please note that Happiest Baby orders ship within 2 business days of the date you pick. In addition, allow up to 3 business days for it to arrive. We suggest selecting a ship date a week prior to your baby’s estimated arrival date. Your 30-day return window will begin when your SNOO is delivered.

We understand that babies don't always arrive as planned! If you would like to adjust your SNOO order ship date, you can log in to your account and select your new ship date. You will be able to select a new ship date up to 2 months from the date you placed your order.
