Are third-party SNOO rentals approved by Happiest Baby?Updated a month ago

Happiest Baby does not authorize, endorse, or recommend renting SNOO from a third party. 

When renting from us, every SNOO is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and certified by trained professionals at a dedicated reconditioning center before being sent to a new family, ensuring infant safety and well-being. 

Renting from an unauthorized provider presents potential safety risks and voids all warranty coverage for SNOO. Happiest Baby is not responsible for any claims related to SNOOs rented through third parties and is not obligated to provide customer support for these SNOOs. 

In addition to voiding the product warranty, third-party rentals are expressly prohibited by Happiest Baby’s End User License Agreement, Terms of Service, Terms of Sale, and SNOO Rental Program Terms and Conditions, all of which prohibit the commercial use of SNOO.

Currently, SNOO Rental is only available in the United States and has not launched in the UK. We’re always exploring ways to bring this service to more families, so stay tuned for future updates!
