Why is my SNOO not powering on?Updated 2 months ago
Please try the steps below to help get your SNOO working:
- When SNOO is powered on, the button on the foot-end (called Activity button) should be lit. If not, try the following;
- Check that the power cord is plugged into the power pack and underside of SNOO’s platform.
- You should hear two clicks when plugging the cord into SNOO.
- Check that the power button is pressed in.
- The power button is located underneath SNOO, next to the WiFi button. Make sure to not press the WiFi button, as it will disable the WiFi
- Please check that the outlet has power.
- Plug a lamp, or something else that you know should turn on, into the outlet.
- Once activity button light is solid white, SNOO can be started after attaching the SNOO sack to the two safety clips and then pressing the Activity button.
- Check that the power cord is plugged into the power pack and underside of SNOO’s platform.
