Why did my SNOO stop unexpectedly?Updated 2 months ago
If your SNOO has stopped moving in the middle of a session, we have a few troubleshooting steps to try:
- If your SNOO’s activity button flashes when you press it, the SNOO sack is not correctly engaged with the bed’s safety clips. As a precaution, SNOO will shut off if the SNOO sack becomes disengaged during use.
- If you are frequently receiving “Clips Not Engaged” in the App, please try the steps below:
• Clean & dust off any debris on both sides of SNOO's safety clips.
• Slide a credit card (or similar type card) in and out of the right safety clip 5 times, then repeat the process with the left safety clip. You should hear a click from the safety clip when you remove the credit card. If not, the safety flag is stuck. Repeat the procedure a few times to see if it becomes unstuck. - Unplug SNOO for at least 1 minute, plug it back in.
- If the SNOO’s activity button is solid white and turning off frequently, please try plugging the SNOO into a different outlet and ensuring the power cord is plugged firmly into the SNOO’s underside. If SNOO is plugged into a power strip, plug it directly into the outlet.
