To troubleshoot this issue, please do the following:
- Restart your SNOO (unplug, wait 30 seconds, then plug back in), waiting until the activity light is solid white.
- Ensure SNOO's Wi-Fi® button (underneath SNOO, at the foot end, see above) is pressed in.
- In your phone or tablet's Wi-Fi® settings, search for SNOO's network (ex. Snoo_1234) Please confirm that the SNOO Wi-Fi is visible on the list (you may have to wait a few minutes for the network list to be updated)
- If the SNOO Wi-Fi is visible, return to the App and follow the on-screen prompts for pairing!
Please make sure you have the latest version of the App. The latest is always available from the Apple® App Store or Google Play®.
