Why didn’t my premium subscription start?Updated 20 minutes ago
Please check these common issues:
- Incorrect account/email: The Premium subscription is tied to the account that first paired your SNOO. Sign in with that email and try again.
- Didn’t create a new baby profile: Editing the old profile does not trigger a new Premium subscription. Follow the instructions in How do I start my next free premium subscription period?
- You created a new baby profile, but didn’t reassign the SNOO: After adding the new profile, select the profile used last time you used SNOO and then go to Manage Devices → SNOO Settings → Reassign Device (at the bottom of the screen), and assign it to the new one.
- Different account (pre-July 15, 2024 purchases): Only the original owner is entitled to an additional free premium subscription.
