Why did my SNOO stop unexpectedly?Updated 9 days ago

If your SNOO has stopped moving in the middle of a session, we have a few troubleshooting steps to try:

  1. If your SNOO's activity light flashes white for a minute or two after the SNOO session unexpectedly stops, that could indicate that your SNOO was rebooted. This can indicate an issue with the power cord, and to troubleshoot this further, please ensure the power cord is plugged in correctly and in a known working power outlet. More detailed instructions can be found here
  2. If you are frequently receiving “Clips Not Engaged” in the App, please try the steps below:
    • Clean & dust off any debris on both sides of SNOO's safety clips.
    • Slide a credit card (or similar type card) in and out of the right safety clip 5 times, then repeat the process with the left safety clip.
  3. Unplug SNOO for at least 1 minute, plug it back in, and let it run as normal
  4. If the activity light on your SNOO is solid red, it means the SNOO has failed to soothe your baby, and your baby needs your attention. To exit the timed-out state, you simply need to remove the SNOO sack from the safety clips and engage them again.

If this hasn’t resolved the issue, we recommend contacting our Customer Care team for further assistance.
