Why can’t I see my Sleep Log Data anymore?Updated 2 months ago
Please make sure you have the latest version of the Happiest Baby App. The latest is always available from the Apple® App Store or Google Play®.
If your Premium Subscription has expired, your SNOO Session data will no longer be visible until your subscription becomes active again. Another possible reason is that filters are turned off in the tracker. If the "Total Sleep" filter is deselected in the "log" view, sleep sessions will not be displayed.
If your Sleep Logs are blank because of filtering in the “Log” view…
- Open the Tracker “Log” view
- If Filters are hidden, tap “Show Filters”
- Tap Total sleep to re-enable the Sleep Log display
- Sleep entries should now be visible again
