SNOO is too sensitive or not sensitive enough to my baby's cries. Is there a setting in the App that can help?Updated 11 days ago
Please make sure you have the latest version of the Happiest Baby App. The latest is always available from the Apple® App Store or Google Play®.
Yes! You can reduce or increase the sensitivity if SNOO is reacting too quickly or too slowly to mild fussing, snort or sneeze sounds.
- Navigate to the Profile icon at the bottom right of your screen
- Under the Manage Devices/”Name of your SNOO” / Preferences category, click on Responsiveness and select the desired setting. We suggest keeping it at Normal for most babies, but all babies are unique.
If you find that SNOO still isn’t responding fast enough to your baby’s cries and you’ve already increased the responsiveness, we recommend increasing SNOO’s Motion Start Level. Increasing the baseline can help soothe your baby during light sleep cycles when they begin to fuss and grunt.
