I did not automatically receive a Premium Subscription for free, however I bought SNOO from Happiest Baby (or an authorized partner) and am the first user. What should I do?Updated 11 days ago
If you believe you should have received a free Premium Subscription but didn’t, here’s what you need to know:
• Purchases after July 15, 2024: All brand-new SNOOs purchased from Happiest Baby (or an authorized partner) include 9 months of free Premium Subscription. It is automatically applied to the first account that pairs the SNOO in the App.
• Purchases before July 15, 2024: You’ll keep your free Premium Subscription for any future children when using the same Happiest Baby account and the same SNOO.
Please note: If you were the first person to pair your SNOO and are still using the same Happiest Baby account, you will automatically receive a new 9-month Premium Subscription when you pair the same device with a new baby profile in the App. This automatic renewal can be used only once. If you need Premium for another baby after that, please contact our Customer Care team with:
Your proof of purchase (order number, email, full name, or shipping address)
Your SNOO serial number
The email address of your Happiest Baby account
