The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled before the end of the current period, per the Apple and Google cancellation policies. If not canceled, your account will be charged for the next month.
To renew your paid Premium Subscription, we always recommend activating through the Happiest Baby App directly (rather than through your system settings) to ensure you are eligible for promotions, if applicable. Due to Apple's and Google's restrictions, discounted pricing is not taken into consideration for subscriptions activated in your system settings.
We cannot issue refunds for purchases charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account, as all payments are managed by Apple / Google. For any purchase issues or refund requests, please contact Apple’s or Google’s support team.
