How do I start my next free premium subscription period?Updated 21 minutes ago
For purchases made before July 15, 2024, when eligible, you can trigger your next free premium subscription term in two ways.
Please note: You need to create a new Baby profile for your little one. Using an existing profile will not trigger a new premium subscription.
If your SNOO is still paired to your account:
- Open the Happiest Baby App, tap the Baby Selector in the top right corner, choose Add Baby Profile and create a new profile for your baby (if you have not done so already).
- Open the Baby Selector again and select the old baby profile
- Navigate to Settings and tap the SNOO settings under Manage Devices.
- Scroll down and select Reassign Device and assign your SNOO to the new baby profile. This should start a new 9-month premium subscription.
If your SNOO isn’t currently paired to your account:
- Sign in using the same account that first paired your SNOO.
- Put SNOO in pairing mode by unplugging it from power for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
- Go to Settings and select +Add Device and follow the instructions.
