Do I need to use the same email for my Happiest Baby App account as I did for my SNOO order?Updated a month ago
We strongly recommend using the same email address, but it is not required. Using the same account credentials is recommended to get seamless support from orders to product support to the App. If you didn’t create an account when placing your order, or you received SNOO as a gift, you can create a Happiest Baby account with your preferred email address. To activate the Happiest Baby App Premium Subscription, follow these steps:
Log in to the Happiest Baby App (ideally with the same email and password you used to place the order).
Pair SNOO with the Happiest Baby App to unlock the Happiest Baby App Premium Subscription.
